Founded in 2009, the e-Sports Association (Singapore) is the essential networking and professional organization for those involved in the world of competitive PC and video games, more popularly known as e-sports.
We aim to encourage professional growth for the e-sports community and industry in Singapore by building meaningful relationships between people and organizations that are interested and involved in e-sports.
Some of the initiatives and ideas we are working on include:
- Networking sessions for players and sponsors
- Professional internships within the e-sports industry
- Ensuring that tournament winners are awarded their prize winnings
- Professional training and certification for game referees and marshals
- Working with tournament organizers to standardize event rules and regulations
- Obtaining support and recognition from government and other relevant institutions
